(to be agreed in first briefing meeting)
- Hotel Selection (and recommendation) and domestic transportation arrangements
- Set up of dinner locations and local logistics
- City tours with Industry Connections and set up of meetings with Industry Leaders
- Communication with exhibition management and selection of booth, if wished
- Set up of local media interview and ensure LinkedIN visibility
